Guida Veronelli: ed.2018 – 2019 una stella

Montepulciano D’Abruzzo vinified in advance (first week of September), it undergoes very light contact with the skins giving body to a soft but lively colour.
The clean must ferments at a controlled temperature, leaving a sugary residue that allows us not to add sugars to the preparation of the cuvée.
It is putted in autoclave in November together with selected yeasts for the second fermentation, it remains in contact with its lees for about 5 months, after that we do an isobaric bottling in order to preserve all its freshness.

The font is a rounded version of the aforementioned Avant Garde and Twentieth Century, a font created between 1936 and 1947 by Sol Hess, which was enormously successful through subsidiaries and books for language teaching. The font is simple, sans serif, clean and geometric like all the others, but fresh and immediate like the font chosen for the Santapupa brand. We chose it for its assonance, especially ideological, with Avant Garde, because Eteros is also a fresh and lively product, but declined with a more elegant label and with a symbol that evokes its product diversity compared to our family. And here’s the reason for the name: Eteros, different.
